About me

I am an Ocicat, I was born on Feb 11th 2004 along with several brothers and my sister Bob (look blame Chris for that name) . Bob and I selected our "owners" by stealth and charm and came to live on 12 acres in Dairy Flat New Zealand after a brief stay at the pet shop.
Unfortunately Bob, the long distance explorer managed to meet the only car for a week on our country road and died in May 2007.
Bob was the big blogger having learnt to type by watching Chris. I have been trying to carry on the story but have been distracted this year looking after Chris when his best friend was killed in a car crash, I feel of all "people" I understand how that really feels.

My Photo
Chris
In 1967 my dad loaned me his 1940’s folding camera and I leant how to develop photos the old fashioned way. I still remember seeing that first image appear in the developer. From that point on I was hooked by the magic, today I’m all digital and can do in seconds what took so much time in the old enlarger days, a different kind of magic, but still there.
